Our workshop is equipped with the tools and expertise needed for advanced troubleshooting and repair of servers, PCs, network equipment, printers, and more.

Field support
Our field technicians offer comprehensive IT support at the customer’s location. They ensure that all IT equipment functions optimally through installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, tailoring services to the customer’s specific needs.

Remote support
Remote support allows our technicians to assist via phone and remote connection to your PC or server, ensuring service regardless of your location.

Chat
Our chat is staffed by technicians from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.

Store
On the ground floor of Kongens Gate 20, we have a physical store with sales.
Mon-Fri: 08:00-16:00
Sat-Sun: closed.


Additionally, customers with business memberships can use our emergency hotline for support outside of regular business hours.

This must be arranged in advance.

You need to select «Run» twice for the program to start correctly.

The remote control program supports Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Android.

In the window that appears after the program starts, you will see two important numbers: an ID and a password. Please provide these to our support consultant upon request.
